In-house Production

Designed and Built Under One Roof

When our engineers finish a drawing, the next person to open it works two doors down — not in another company, another country, or another quality system.

Precision doesn't survive outsourcing

One site, one team, one quality system

A high-performance antenna is only as accurate as the gap between its design and its physical execution. Sub-contracted machining adds tolerance stacks and assumptions that don't always survive the production floor.

We closed that gap by keeping the entire manufacturing chain on one site, where engineers and machinists work from the same drawings and against the same measurements.

From drawing to finished antenna

Four stages. One building. Same team, same standards.

Each step is owned by a specialised team, but all of them work from the same documentation. Production runs as a continuous chain rather than a sequence of handovers between vendors.

Design release

From RF engineer to the shop floor

R&D engineers hand drawings directly to the machining team — no broker, no third-party CAM bureau, no reinterpretation along the way.

Native CAD model passed straight into our own CAM programming

Direct review between designer and machinist before first chip

RF-critical tolerances flagged at handover, not discovered later

Precision machining

Micron-level tolerances on RF-grade equipment

CNC milling and turning on premium equipment, operated by machinists who specialise in RF components — not generic job-shop output.

Multi-axis CNC equipment dedicated to antenna production

Operators trained in RF-critical feature priorities

First-article inspection against the original design model

Galvanic surface treatment

Plating tuned to RF — not to a generic finish

Performed in our own on-site facility, with process parameters tuned to RF performance rather than to a generic industrial finish.

Thickness, uniformity and adhesion controlled to RF specification

Process parameters owned by RF SPIN, not by a sub-contractor

Full traceability from bath chemistry to finished part

Assembly & measurement

Hand-assembled, RF-measured, individually documented

Hand assembly by trained technicians, followed by RF measurement against the original design model — by the same team, in the same building.

Skilled hand-assembly with workmanship checks at every step

RF measurement in our on-site anechoic chamber

Each antenna delivered with its own measurement record

Why we run our own plating shop

Surface treatment is too important to delegate

Most antenna manufacturers outsource galvanic plating. We don't, because plating directly affects electrical performance — and we'd rather carry the regulatory weight than hand that control to someone else.

Thickness, uniformity and adhesion tuned to RF specification, not a generic industrial finish

Full process control on site — bath chemistry to finished part

Chemical, environmental and regulatory weight accepted, not delegated

Calibration data, measurement protocols and certification options vary by product tier. What's common to every unit: a measurement record that follows the antenna for its entire lifetime.

Antenna data & certification

Running an in-house plating line means owning the environmental side of it too. Solar power, heat recovery and material reuse are part of how the facility operates day to day — not bolted on after the fact.
