Broadband isn’t a marketing claim — it’s a chain of engineering choices, each held in our own facility. Sub-GHz horns to 140 GHz lens antennas — each shaped by four engineering layers: patented geometry, gram-budget mass, micrometer-precise plating, and weather-rated sealing.

Patented Technology

Patented 3D-printed lenses — more gain, same envelope

On selected antennas we lift directivity through proprietary lens structures we designed, patented, and refined ourselves.

Reaching the same gain conventionally would mean a larger, heavier antenna. Our lenses add a few grams, preserve the broadband behavior of the host horn, and extend the performance envelope without redrawing its geometry.

Antennas built for the gram budget

On a UAV, drone, or space-bound payload every gram is contested — and the antenna still has to perform like the bench unit it was qualified against.

We rework the structural mechanics, not just the bill of materials — producing hardware that holds bench-grade RF where mass is the binding constraint. Reference build: a lightweight measurement antenna for the anechoic chamber at Airbus Defence and Space.

Surface treatment as RF engineering

A few micrometers of coating change how an antenna behaves on the bench — especially above 30 GHz, where skin depth slips into the hundreds of nanometers.

Industrial plating is engineered for protection, not propagation. We choose and tune every chemical and galvanic step ourselves, judging each by what it does to the signal. With the full chain in-house, the physical surface matches the surface in our simulations.

Radomes that don't soften the signal

Sealing an antenna against the weather without dulling its RF takes more than a molded shell.

A year of work on material composition and antenna-to-radome geometry held the RF behavior flat across the full operating band. The result keeps measurement precision through rain, ice, salt air, and dust — extending field life without the trade-offs outdoor deployment usually demands. Available with radome build: QRH11R, QRH18R, DRH10R.

Matched antennas, batch after batch

Some setups don't need one excellent antenna — they need several identical ones. We built a dedicated capability around exactly that.

Bistatic radar, MIMO probe arrays, phase-coherent OTA, interferometry — work where 0.5 dB of gain delta or a single degree of phase mismatch invalidates the result. Tight mechanical tolerances and consistent material lots keep every unit in a batch inside a guaranteed amplitude and phase window. Drop them straight into a phased array — no unit-by-unit calibration required.
